Follow these instructions to Sign In to the PC app so you can access your games!
1. Open the PC app by double clicking on the PC app icon on your Desktop
2. Click the "Sign in" button in the top right corner of the PC app
3. Enter your User ID and Password (typically the same User ID and Password you use to access your Residential Billing Account)
4. If you entered your User ID and Password correctly and you currently have an active subscription to the Games service then you should be logged in properly
5. You can always verify your subscription level by checking in the Top Right corner of your PC app as indicated in the picture below.
- Subscribed to U indicates you have the Unlimited subscription and are able to play ALL the games on our service
- Subscribed to Q indicates that you have the Quickpack subscription and are able to play around 500 of the games on our service (all games that have the Blue "Q" symbol next to them). You are always able to upgrade your subscription to the Unlimited package by following THESE instructions.
