Can I Restrict my Child from Playing Specific Games? (Parental Controls)

You can restrict access to a group of games by their Verizon Games rating using the Parental Controls feature found in the PC app. Please follow the directions below to configure the Parental Controls:
1. Open the Verizon PC app (you can do this by double clicking on the Verizon Games icon in the bottom right corner of your screen)
2. Click on the Settings "Gear" in the bottom left corner of the PC app window
3. The Parental Control Settings window will appear. Select the Verizon Games Rating you would like to Allow access to
4. Click "Apply"
5. If this is your first time enabling the Parental Controls Settings, you will be asked to Create a Password as well as set an Answer to a Secret Question in case you forget the password and need to reset it
- NOTE: If you have already set a password you will simply be asked to Enter the Password so the PC app will accept the changes.
6. Now if you attempt to play any games that are NOT Allowed on the Parental Control Settings then you will be prompted to enter the Password you have created (Illustrated in the picture below)
