When attempting to download a game you receive Error 7140. Please follow these directions to fix this.
1. Right Click the PC app icon near the Clock (typically in the bottom right corner of your screen) and choose Exit
- NOTE: If you have Windows 7 you may need to click the "^" icon near the Clock to show the PC app icon.
2. Click Start > My Computer
3. Double Click your Local Disk C:\
4. Double Click the 'Remote Programs" folder
5. Right Click the folder for the Game you are experiencing issues with and choose "Delete"
6. Open the PC app and download the game.
