When attempting to play a game, you receive "Issue ID 27: Outdated QuickTime16 version"

In order to resolve this issue, we will need to install the latest version of QuickTime.  Please follow the instructions listed below:

1.  Go to Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs

• NOTE:  If you have Windows Vista or Windows 7 the "Add/Remove Programs" will be called Programs and Features.

2.  Select the QuickTime program

3.  Choose "Change/Remove" and follow the uninstallation instructions

4.  Once QuickTime has been uninstalled, please click HERE

5.  Select "QuickTime for Windows XP, Windows Vista or Windows 7" and then click Download Now

6.  Choose Run when prompted and install the QuickTime software

7.  Once the installation has finished you will be able to access the game without issue.
