This article will detail how to configure your Norton Internet Security Firewall.
1. Double click on the Norton Internet Security icon next to your clock (typically in the bottom right corner of your screen)
2. Click the "Settings" button at the top of the Norton Internet Security window
3. Click the "Network Settings" option in the Settings window
4. Locate "Program Control" and click "Configure"
5. Locate the "EXETender Player" and click the drop down box in the Access Column. Select "Allow"
6. Click "Apply" at the bottom of the window
7. Close the Norton Internet Security windows and give the PC app 2 - 3 minutes for the changes to take effect
